Plum sake roasted Bronzini with yellow tomato
Chest nuts gnocchi & mushrooms with pumpkin seeds oil

Recipe for Bronzini
1- whole Bronzini (I usually ask fish store to clean for me!)
4- medium size yellow tomato
1cup- plum sake( you can use sweet white wine instead)
Prepare Bronzini - marinate with sea salt, pepper and olive oil & place sage,thyme and sliced lemon between fish. I cut surface of fish like making lines,so the flavor go all the way inside. Leave for an hour
Place Bronzini in casserole dish.(no cover- put extra sage and thyme on top and bottom) and pour plum sake over.
Roast 15 min for 350F. Flip over and put yellow tomato, roast another 15min
Make sure you eat Bronzini with yellow tomato~.
